Stephen Haynes

Stephen is currently VP Business Development, Enterprise Sales and is responsible to seek out new business opportunities and models to increase revenue and profitability.  In addition, he is accountable to develop new collaborative models to increase sales, reduce internal issues and delays that affect our customers and to leverage Rogers’s overall capabilities. He is a member of the Inclusion & Diversity Council at Rogers and is the Chair of the Rogers Mosaic Inclusion & Diversity team. Stephen has been in the Telecommunications industry for the past 28 years. He previously held positions, within the Rogers Group of Companies, in Wireless, Cable and Rogers Business Solutions (RBS), which carried responsibility for Sales, Service Delivery, Service Assurance, Customer Service, Project Management, Operational Excellence, Training, Technical Support and Accounts Receivable.  Stephen has worked with Sprint Canada in the business division and was a co-founder of Multi-Channel Communications Inc. (MCCI), a contact centre organization that executed inbound sales, provided customer service and technical support for large U.S. telecommunications organizations. Stephen was a previous Volunteer Cabinet member of the United Way Peel Region
