Carrie Blair

Senior Vice President, Human Resources, Canadian Banking Insurance, TD Canada Trust

Over the last 13 years, Carrie has held a range of positions in human resources. Prior to her current role, she served as Senior Vice President, Wealth Management, Insurance and Global Development.  During her 19-year career with TD, Carrie has held increasingly senior positions in retail banking, retail sales and service, and human resources, in both lines of business and corporate roles.  

Carrie is currently a member of TD’s Visible Minority Committee, chairs the New Immigrant Sub-Committee, and is a member of the Steering Committee for the Canadian-Caribbean Emerging Leadership Conference.

Carrie was a Canadian delegate at the Commonwealth Study Conference, held in Delhi, India in 2007. She holds an Honours B.A. from McMaster University, a Certificate in Training & Development from Ryerson University and completed the University of Michigan, Human Resource Executive Program. She attained her SPHR in 2004 and also has completed her IFIC, CSC and PDO accreditations.
