Kirk Dudtschak

Senior Vice-President, Strategy and Human Resources Canadian Banking, RBC

As Senior Vice President, Strategy and Human Resources, Kirk Dudtschak is responsible for strategy and planning for Canadian banking, as well as human resources for Canadian Banking.

Raised near St. Marys, Ontario, Kirk has been with RBC for more than 20 years.  He has held a variety of senior management and executive positions within RBC’s branch network and head office.

In November 2008, Kirk and his family moved to Toronto from Winnipeg, where he served as Regional President, Manitoba, Saskatchewan & North Western Ontario, Canadian Banking.

Kirk is a board member of Royal Mutual Funds Inc., and serves as a national Champion for the Aboriginal Human Resources Council of Canada. He was also a member of the Board of Governors at Lakehead University in Thunder Bay, serving on the Finance & Investment Committee.

Kirk holds a Partners, Directors and Senior Officers certificate and the Institute of Corporate Directors, Institute-Certified Director, ICD.D certificate.  He graduated from the University of Western Ontario, Richard Ivey School of Business, with an MBA in General Management and is married with four children.
