LEA Consulting Ltd. provides services across North America, and is headquartered in Toronto. LEA International Ltd. has successfully completed projects in more than 40 countries with key offices in Greater Toronto, Vancouver, and New Delhi.

LEA is owned and managed by senior professionals, each responsible for overseeing projects as well as daily operations. This approach ensures a high level of client service, commitment to technical excellence and cost-effective implementation.

John Farrow has had a distinguished career as one of Canada’s leading urban planners and management consultants, during which he has worked with all levels of government and the private sector, providing advice on policy, strategy, investment, restructuring and organizational development. He was previously the president of an established national management consulting practice, president of an institute specializing in urban policy, and president at a Canadian leader in power generation. John leads LEA’s international engineering, planning and consulting activities and is also involved with major projects in Canada.
