Kerri joined TRIEC in March 2016 as Manager of Employer Relations. She works closely with the Employer Engagement and Learning Initiatives teams to nurture relationships and build programs for employers in the GTA to support their diversity and inclusion workplace strategies.
Kerri brings to TRIEC a strong background in social impact marketing where she has worked cross-sector to influence organizational culture change through corporate social responsibility, volunteer outreach and well-being initiatives.
She has worked with organizations such as Career Cycles where she built relationships with HR and coaching practitioners to integrate organizational development programs, and LoyaltyOne (AirMiles Reward Program), where she managed the web and email marketing channels, worked as a Project Change Manager building enterprise technology solutions and championed their award winning sustainability and employee volunteer programs.
Her work with the not-for-profit sector includes working as a fund developer with Trails Youth Initiatives and serving as Co-Chair of the Board for the Women’s Healthy Environments Network. Kerri currently volunteers her time and talents to the Canadian Positive Psychology Association coordinating their volunteer outreach efforts and provides marketing and facilitation support to the International Futures Forum in Scotland, UK.
