As Manager, Information Technology Lisette is responsible for implementing innovative solutions that support TRIEC’s programs and mission.
She has worked in the non-profit sector for over 10 years in a variety of roles in Canada and overseas, including Office Creator, Information Manager and Organizational Development Advisor. Most recently, she worked as Business Analyst at TRIEC, implementing Salesforce as the organization’s CRM and program management application.
In all of her roles, Lisette’s passion has been creating and simplifying processes to make work more efficient. She enjoys the facilitation, collaboration and analysis skills that her role requires. She feels her career has come a full circle as she was once a mentee with TRIEC Mentoring Partnership and is now supporting the program through her work.
Lisette holds a Bachelor degree in Information Management from The Netherlands and a postgraduate diploma in Non-Profit and Voluntary Sector Management from Ryerson University.
