Rose joined TRIEC in September 2010 as the research and curriculum developer helping to create new workshops and other resources for employers. She brings over 12 years experience as an adult educator, leadership and career coach.
Prior to joining TRIEC, Rose worked at Mackenzie Financial Corporation and Investors Group as a senior program consultant and corporate trainer, responsible for design, development and delivery of organizational and personal effectiveness programs to employees across Canada.
Since her initial exposure to TRIEC in 2005 as a mentor in The Mentoring Partnership, Rose has continued to pursue her passion for coaching individuals to achieve their goals.
She holds a BA in Mass Communication, is a certified Adult Educator, and is currently working on her HR Management certification.
Prior to immigrating to Canada, Rose worked as a public relations consultant, freelance journalist and pre-school educator.
