Stephanie Guillen

Mentor Support Coordinator

Stephanie joined TRIEC in July 2011 as Mentor Support Coordinator for The Mentoring Partnership, launching a new project to build a suite of training and professional development resources for mentors. She brings over 10 years of experience in volunteer management, and adult training and development.

Prior to joining TRIEC, Stephanie worked at UNICEF Canada as Manager of Human Resources and National Manager of Volunteer Services, responsible for learning and development initiatives, recognition programs and the volunteer program across Canada. Prior to that, Stephanie was involved in volunteer management at Girl Guides of Canada and The Yonge Street Mission. In addition, Stephanie served as President to the Toronto Association for Volunteer Administration and was a member of Humber College’s Advisory Board for the Volunteer Management Program.

She holds a BA in International Development, and certification in Volunteer Management, and is currently working on her HR Management certification.
