Toronto gets the lion’s share of skilled immigrants coming to Canada.  Thirty-seven per cent of all foreign-born individuals in Canada live in our region. Toronto also has a wealth of organizations that provide programs and services to help immigrants connect to jobs that use their skills, experience and education. TRIEC’s PINs community is a part of that.

An immigrant’s path to employment often involves multiple steps from getting information to making connections. Each PINs association and partner organization plays an important role in this process. They offer expertise and support for immigrants at various stages in their path to employment.
