Finding Immigrant Talent

TRIEC is a solution provider. We’ve worked with hundreds of local employers to bridge connections to the multiple sources of immigrant talent in the Toronto Region. Contact us now so we can connect you to the right partner.

TRIEC works with the Consortium of Agencies Serving Internationally-trained Persons (CASIP) and other community partners to develop streamlined, innovative solutions to better connect job-ready skilled immigrants with meaningful work – a win-win for both employers and newcomers.

We’ve also broadened our partnerships because we know that immigrants will pursue different paths to find work. Through our strong connections with professional immigrant networks, employers can now reach thousands of immigrants.

TRIEC can also help make connections with other immigrant talent sources such as bridging programs. Career Edge Organization operates the Career Bridge paid internship program, which is a low risk, cost effective recruitment solution for employers to provide internationally qualified professionals with much needed Canadian work experience.

We know and understand where to find immigrant talent in the Toronto Region, and can refer you to the right solution. Contact us today to learn how we can help you.
