TRIEC Campus is our online learning resource to help individuals and organizations tap into a talent pool of immigrant professionals and create a more inclusive workplace.
Many people sign up to use the Campus individually, but there are also ways that you can embed the resource in your organization, for a richer user experience for your staff.
Here are some examples:
- RBC have published e-learning modules from Campus on their own in-house online learning management system.
- CIBC also use the Campus to train their staff in working in international business cultures
- The City of Markham have promoted Campus content and posted the videos on their website. Their Diversity and Inclusion team used elements of the Campus curriculum in their diversity training, which they have made mandatory for all of their staff.
- Another of our municipal government partners helped develop four HR workshops, to pilot the first Campus content in 2010. Everyone in their HR department, from the receptionist to the Director of HR, attended workshops on recruitment, orientation, cultural competency and communication, and performance management. They also invited key managers from their business units to attend, so they could learn how to access a deeper pool of talent.
