While employers seem more aware of the skilled immigrant talent pool, persistent underemployment and unemployment indicate there is more work to be done. Highlighting successful outcomes in hiring immigrant employees is a powerful incentive to bring more employers on board.

In this section we highlight stories of innovative employers, to underscore the business case for hiring immigrants. We hold up stories of immigrant success, to inspire other newcomers who may be frustrated trying to find a good job. Our mentoring moments showcase the win-win-win of the mentoring relationship for corporate partners, mentors and skilled immigrant mentees.

Check out our media gallery for videos documenting employer best practices, leadership messages and more. We’ve also profiled photos that make us proud.
