2022-2023 Annual Report: Driving Inclusion, Empowering Success

In the past year, we worked with employers and immigrant professionals to increase opportunities to connect immigrant professionals with employers seeking talent. Through TRIEC’s programs and initiatives, we continue to bridge the gap between newcomers and meaningful employment opportunities, unlocking skilled professionals’ full potential. By connecting immigrants with employers and with mentors, by providing specialized training to employers, and advocating for inclusive employment policies, we have catalyzed positive change in the workforce. Countless success stories have emerged, showcasing the transformative power of TRIEC’s work in empowering individuals, strengthening businesses, and fostering a diverse and inclusive society.

2020-2021 Annual Report: Championing Inclusion

Despite all the challenges facing us, and the world at large, in 2020-2021, we were able to partner with new employer partners, and grow TRIEC’s programs and impact in the community, and launch the Career Advancement for Immigrant Professionals (CAIP) program to help employer uncover hidden gems within their organizations, and realise the full potential of immigrant professionals in the workforce.
