Diane Gumbs

Diane Gumbs is an experienced communicator, marketer and project manager, with a track record of delivering results.

Working within the not-for-profit, private and public sectors, for 30 years, she has extensive experience as a communications strategist and leader.

Diane has held communications and strategic planning roles in the Ontario government at both the political and ministry levels. As a senior manager and advisor in several ministries, Diane has led the development and execution of successful communications and marketing campaigns, narrative development, and collateral, to promote and influence acceptance of high profile, and sometimes controversial, policies and programs, to internal and external audiences.

Diane has a long history of supporting immigrant inclusion and diversity, often leading by example in the workplace.

She holds a MBA in Public Relations and Communications Management from Royal Roads University.
