Anna Kostecka

Senior Manager, Learning and Inclusive Workplaces

Anna joined TRIEC in September 2014 as the Program Coordinator, Connector Program. In this role, she developed and successfully launched a one-year pilot of innovative networking program.

In her current role as Senior Manager, Learning and Inclusive Workplaces, Anna oversees a portfolio of TRIEC learning projects: TRIEC Campus, CanPrep, Leading The Conversation and customized employer learning programs.

Prior to TRIEC, Anna has taught Diversity Management at the University of Applied Sciences at Kufstein, Austria.  She has also co-founded and led an innovative non-for-profit in Krakow, Poland’s second largest city. Within two years, the organization had successfully conducted a number of projects with a visible impact on the city and received international attention.

Anna brings her global experience in conceptualizing and implementing innovative programs, entrepreneurial skills, and an expertise in diversity and inclusion, adult education and immigrant integration.

She holds an M.A. degree in Psychology from Jagiellonian University in Krakow, Poland. She has also completed a Social Entrepreneurship Fellowship at the School for Social Entrepreneurs – Ontario.
