Farah Alizadehahi

As the Learning Specialist for TMP, Farah oversees the maintenance and delivery of learning and training resources, including webinars, e-learning resources, and networking opportunities. She facilitates information and orientation sessions as well as various professional development workshops and training for mentors, including Solutions Focused Coaching, Learning Cycle, and Cross-cultural Communication.

Farah has a background in teaching, employment counselling, adult education, and instructional design. She is an accomplished facilitator and presenter with more than 16 years of experience supporting internationally trained professionals and other immigrant job seekers.
