Sathya Gnaniah

Sathya has over 15 years of professional experience in the field of Project/Program management, Stakeholder Engagement, Research and Evaluation within the non-profit and educational sector.

His expertise includes program development, management, evaluation, organizational capacity building, stakeholder engagement and partnership development. He has a strong educational (Ph.D.) and research background.

Before joining TRIEC, he worked with organizations such as Magnet/Ryerson University, Maytree Foundation, Peel Newcomer Strategy Group, Niagara Immigrant Employment Council, Ontario Tourism Education Corporation and Skills for Change.

He was a funding allocation committee member of United Way of Peel Region between 2009 and 2012 and a board member of Skills for Change between 2007 and 2010.
