The week of October 19 is Business Development Bank of Canada’s (BDC) small business week. Among the challenges small and medium businesses (SMEs) face is how to find the right talent and retain it. Over the past few years, we’ve been profiling the stories of those who have succeeded in building their businesses and employing diverse workforce.
