Daniela Perciasepe, CHRP, is the director of human resources for Enbridge Gas Distribution Inc., the largest natural gas utility in Canada serving approximately 1.9 million residential, commercial and industrial customers. Since joining Enbridge in 1996 Daniela has held many progressive positions. Daniela has introduced the Career Bridge internship program to Enbridge in Fall 2005, which has become an integral part of the company’s strategic sourcing strategy, hiring 16 interns within its first year of which 10 were provided contract or permanent employment opportunities. In 2007 Enbridge was named one of the top 25 employers of new Canadians.

Ross Johnston has over 20 years experience in managing and leading high performing, diverse teams. He has been involved in building regional, national and global teams in retail banking, small business banking, training & development, real estate and recruitment both here in Canada and in the UK. Last year, Ross left CIBC where he was senior director for recruitment operations and set up his own consultancy firm, Ask4 Talent & Career Solutions, where he is currently working with MTS Allstream, reviewing their recruitment strategies and processes. Ross has an MBA in Organizational Culture Change Management.

Bridget Carter is the principal/owner of Sapphire Consulting, a human resources consulting practice located in Toronto. Her background spans industries such as food, retail, financial services and construction. In her practice, Bridget works with clients in small- to medium-sized businesses, which have employees and/or business in both Canada and the U.S. She is the past president of the Human Resources Professionals Association of York Region and is the vice-chair of Seneca College’s HR Advisory Committee.
