New article by Yaldaz Sadakova of Benefits Canada brought up the infamous “Canadian Experience” as a reason for some employers to turn down  otherwise experienced and qualified skilled immigrants. Lack of “Canadian Experience” has long been recognized by the Ontario Human Rights Commission as a form of discrimination and therefore was banned.
