Together with a small group of fellow leaders the course will help you to gain a strategic approach, practical tools, and the opportunity to build your skills to advance not only diversity but true inclusion.

This program is for you if you want to grow your inclusive leadership capabilities and lead change within your team, department, or organization.

  • Have some experience with organizational practices.
  • Value cross-sectoral collaboration and the opportunity to learn with, and from, others in the program from a wide range of organizations.
