April 12-18 is National Volunteer Week in Canada, so we want to take this opportunity to say a big thank you to the wonderful volunteers in our programs.
  • Our 6850+ mentors, who share their knowledge of the Canadian job market with skilled immigrants who are looking for work.
  • Our PINs leaders, who run professional associations dedicated to helping their fellow skilled immigrants with their job search.
  • And – a big welcome and thank you to the new volunteers in the TRIEC family, Connectors. These individuals offer informational interviews to skilled immigrants and introduce them to contacts in their professional networks.

Our volunteers are a crucial part of the way TRIEC makes change. Many of them are immigrants themselves, who have found work in Toronto, and want to help other people like them.

All week on social media, we’ll be sharing stories from some of our volunteers, and letting you know how you can take part. Follow us @TRIEC or on LinkedIn to find out more.
