TRIEC leadership presents at 13th World Human Resources Congress HR Without Limits

On September 28 there will be a panel discussion, Workplace Integration of Immigrants – Canada’s Foreign Qualifications Mosaic, featuring Ratna Omidvar, President of Maytree and Chair, TRIEC Board of Directors. She will be joined by Guilherme Dias, Director of Strategic Talent Management at Pitney Bowes, one of the winners of TRIEC’s 2009 IS Awards. The third panelist will be Corinne Prince-St-Amand, Executive Director, Foreign Credentials Referral Office (CIC). The three will discuss management practices to better leverage the talents and leadership skills of skilled immigrants.

Participants will learn about the characteristics of successful immigrant workplace integration strategies used by Canadian employers and agencies that serve immigrants, as well as the role of governments in supporting immigrants, employers and professional regulatory bodies.
