Naila Saeed

20 years ago, Naila Saeed started her Day Care industry career because of her passion towards childcare, coaching and entrepreneurship. A teacher sensitive to the behavioral patterns and needs of the early years’ development, she has built a niche in caring for them while being diligent to the regulation demands of this industry.

She began her journey at Aligarh Muslim University, India when she obtained her Masters Degree in Public Administration. From there, she dedicated her life to the pursuit of excellence in the field of early childhood education, and slowly refined her constantly evolving child education experience. Those years of curating her knowledge base, teaching and educational philosophies culminated in 1999 when she opened the first EYES Child Care location. EYES now boasts 16 active locations in Ontario, with many more in the pipeline.

Her inspiration to become an entrepreneur stems from a passion to help the younger population, as well as a sense of responsibility to give back to the community. She wanted to provide a positive and stimulating environment to shape exemplary citizens and to inculcate these values from a young age.

Over the last 23 years she has selflessly served her community under different capacities, some of which include serving seniors, encouraging youth leadership and social activism. Furthermore, she has also helped immigrants in settling in the GTA, most recently working with Syrian refugees. She is well known in the Indian Muslim Community in Toronto for supporting education, and continuously sponsoring children’s education by providing scholarships and sponsoring their education and serving as their mentor and coach. She is currently serving as the Vice President of the Canadian Council of Indian Muslims.
