Naira Pearce, MEng, PMP, is a proactive and analytical professional working for over 10 years in the construction industry in Brazil and Canada. She has experience with various construction types such as ICI and Infrastructure.

After moving to Canada in 2022, Naira had to adapt to the Canadian labour market and understand its nuance. Connecting with other immigrants and volunteering was one of her strategies to better fit in the market.
