Tracy is the co-founder and president of the CPMP Association of Canada, a non-profit organization that commenced in 2005, dedicated to providing a learning and sharing platform for Project Management, Business Analysis, and Product Management professionals. CPMP offers professional training in Project/Product Management methodologies, principles, and best practices, and supports members’ career advancement through mentorship programs.
