Within the UTCAA, the Career Development Committee is responsible for building lifelong career networks, skills training, professional circles and development plans for our members.  This includes working with alumni to push their career trajectories and connecting senior mentors with younger alumni.

Approximately 85% of our membership is immigrant-identified and some of the events we organize are open to non-members.
