WINS Canada is a community organization with the aim to promote diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunities. We champion inclusive and equitable policies in the Canadian workforce. We promote, enable, and develop professional skills of people who might have experienced challenges professionally due to their ethnicity, cultural background, country of origin, orientation and/or gender identity. We provide a platform for such professionals to support each other professionally and learn from each other, challenge each other to consider (or gain) a different point of view, be each other’s cheerleaders to get out of their comfort zones and to expand their horizons through extended interaction with a professional network.
