Allison Pond

Allison Pond is President and CEO of ACCES Employment, a leading non-profit organization that helps thousands of individuals in the GTA, online and pre-arrival to connect to the labour market and find employment each year. ACCES specializes in helping newcomers to Canada to continue their careers in their field of expertise.

Allison has worked in the area of community and employment services for over 25 years and brings expertise and passion to organizational development and the design and delivery of effective, results-oriented employment solutions in the non-profit sector. She is a member of the Board of Directors of TRIEC (Toronto Region Immigrant Employment Council) and a member of the City of Toronto Newcomer Strategy Leadership Table. Allison contributes to many government and stakeholder advisories related to employment and the successful labour market integration of newcomers to Canada.

Allison holds a Master’s degree in cross-cultural Anthropology from York University, a graduate certificate in non-profit management from the York University, Schulich School of Business and she is a certified ESL instructor.
