Nichola Johnson-Young

Nichola joined TRIEC in December 2015 as Business Partner, Employer Relations. In her current role as Senior Manager, Employer & Stakeholder Relations, Nichola oversees the development and implementation of TRIEC’s Employer Engagement strategy to support employers in the Greater Toronto Region undertake immigrant inclusion programs in their workplace.

Nichola has extensive experience in marketing & relationship management spanning across various industries in the private sector including finance, insurance, and hospitality and tourism. She has worked on many multi-tiered marketing programs in the Caribbean and North America with a diverse range of stakeholders. Her expertise includes initiating product and service introductions, negotiating strategic partnerships, and developing and administering promotional and advertising campaigns.

Nichola holds an MSc in Marketing and Management from Loughborough University in the UK in addition to an Honor’s BSc in Hospitality and Tourism Management from The University of Technology, Jamaica.
