Faster credential recognition

Minister Finley notes that attracting and retaining the best international talent is critical to Canada’s long-term economic success.

Internationally trained architects and dentists may be able to enter on the Canadian labor market with two recent initiatives. Dubbed as efficient and timely systems the initiatives are expected to help evaluate credentials of foreign professionals faster.

“This project contributes to a fair, efficient and timely system that will help internationally trained dentists find work in communities across Canada,” promises Diane Finley, minister of human resources and skills development, making the announcement.
