Michael Bach is the National Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion for KPMG in Canada. Since taking on this role, KPMG has received three prestigious diversity related awards – one of Canada’s Top Employers for Diversity, Canada’s Top Employers for New Canadians and the Top 40 Places Gen Y Wants to Work. Michael is also the Deputy Director of Diversity for KPMG International, leading the KPMG Global Diversity Network and assisting KPMG member firms around the globe in the development and execution of their diversity initiatives.

TD Bank Financial Group’s Beth Grudzinski

Beth is passionate about embedding diversity into TD Bank Financial Group culture and in her role as Vice President, Corporate Diversity works closely with the Diversity Leadership Council, businesses and community partners. Prior to being appointed to her current role, Beth held progressively senior roles within TD including Personal Banking, Business Banking, Wealth Management and Corporate Office and earned an honours bachelor of commerce degree from Queens University.
