The Mentoring Partnership, the program that pairs skilled immigrants to Canada with established professionals in their field, brings value:
- For mentees – 75% of whom find work in their field within 12 months of their partnership
- For mentors – 95% of whom report being better able to motivate, coach and develop people
- For society – a recent impact assessment conducted by the Boston Consulting Group found that for every dollar invested in The Mentoring Partnership, $10.50 were returned in benefits to society.
And the need for this program is growing! As 2015 came to a close, we saw a marked increase in the number of recent immigrants waiting for a mentor to help them reconnect with their career in Canada. Have an impact on a person’s life – become a mentor today!
We welcome mentors from across a wide range of professions but URGENTLY need mentors from engineering, sciences (chemists, biologists) and supply chain.
