Debroy joined TRIEC in January 2017 and serves as Vice President – Programs and Operations. He is responsible for leading work on the growth of The Mentoring Partnership (TMP) in the GTA, overseeing The Mentoring Partnership operations, Professional Immigrant Networks (PINs) Initiative as well as Information and Insights for TRIEC.

Debroy has over twenty years’ experience in Human Resource Management and international recruitment, project management for organization development projects and more than seven years in the not-for-profit employment sector in Canada. In this time, he has developed considerable expertise in the leadership and delivery of employment focused programs for skilled immigrants, both pre- and post-arrival, collaborating with multiple stakeholders.

Debroy brings with him a solid background in program management and delivery, and stakeholder relations. He is a graduate of University of the West Indies and successfully completed the requirement for the CHRP designation.
