The Power of Networking with Mike Lipkin

This is a full-day event (9:00am to 3:30pm) designed to help immigrants explore the ‘Power of Networking.’

Moderated by world-renowned motivational speaker Mike Lipkin, immigrant participants will learn how to use networking to their advantage in the job search. Afternoon sessions organized by occupational sector will bring together employers, industry associations, regulatory bodies and other groups to help participants explore the resources available to them.

This event is open to all immigrants in the Toronto Region who have come to Canada with existing skills, education and experience, and have not yet gained Canadian work experience in their field of choice, who are in the following occupational sectors:

• Engineering and related
• Entrepreneurs
• Financial Services
• Healthcare and related
• Human Resources Professionals
• Information and Communication Technology
• Sales, Marketing and Public Relations
• Sciences, Research and Development
• Social Services and Government

There is no cost to attend this event. Lunch and child care will be provided. Location details will be given out after you register.
