 This is the third regional summit organized by CivicAction (formerly the Toronto City Summit Alliance).

This two-day summitt will welcome 700 regional leaders from the business, government and not-for-profit sectors in considering challenges and identifying collective actions to improve the economic, social and environmental future of the Toronto region.

Elizabeth McIsaac, TRIEC’s Executive Director, will speak about the Toronto Region success and challenges on integrating skilled immigrants in the local labour market during her presentation, Our Greatest Strength, Our Biggest Challenge: Immigration, Economic Growth and Social Cohesion.

TRIEC was created as a result of the last Toronto City Summit.
