Bios

Linda Rhijnsburger is a human resources leader with extensive experience in the area of organizational effectiveness particularly in the area of culture change and talent management. Most recently, she was the Director, People and Culture at Bell Canada where she led talent and performance management initiatives as well as the development of a company wide plan for diversity.

Michael Bach is the National Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion for KPMG in Canada and Deputy Director of Diversity for KPMG International. He is responsible for the overarching diversity strategy in Canada, including the development and implementation of all diversity related programs and initiatives. KPMG has received three diversity related awards – one of Canada’s Top Employers for Diversity, Canada’s Top Employers for New Canadians and the Top 40 Places Gen Y Wants to Work.

Noëlle Richardson was appointed Chief Diversity Officer of the Ontario Public Services in August 2008. Prior to joining the OPS, Noëlle has worked nationally and internationally as a diversity consultant for major corporate clients. She has experience developing and implementing diversity strategies and programs for large and highly-complex organizations.
