We’ve Officially Launched: LIFT is Here

We’re thrilled to announce the official launch of LIFT – Lead inclusively, advance potential.

LIFT is the new name and evolved version of our long-running workplace learning program originally known as CAIP (Career Advancement for Immigrant Professionals). While the name has changed, the mission remains the same: to help organizations advance immigrant talent and build more inclusive, equitable workplaces.

This launch marks a major milestone. Since 2021, we’ve successfully piloted the program eleven times with seven different employers from a variety of sectors, refining and strengthening it with every round. Through this iterative process—and thanks to the insights and feedback from participants and partners—we’ve deepened the program’s impact, sharpened its tools, and ensured it meets the real-world needs of today’s teams.

Why the name change? We wanted a name that reflected the dual focus of the program—on leadership and advancement—and one that spoke to the shared journey of immigrant employees and the people who manage them. LIFT represents growth, upward movement, and mutual effort. It’s about raising potential, elevating performance, and creating workplaces where everyone has the tools, opportunities, and recognition they need to succeed.

Built on TRIEC’s 20+ years of experience, LIFT equips both managers and immigrant employees with practical tools, skills, and strategies to work, grow, and lead together. The program includes:

• Tailored learning for immigrant employees to help clarify career goals, gain insights about advancement, and take actionable steps toward advancement
• Inclusive leadership training for managers to help recognize talent, bridge cultural gaps, and to better support newcomer team members
• Organization-wide strategies to foster increased engagement, long-term inclusion, and talent mobility

LIFT is more than a training—it’s a development journey that supports lasting change. It’s already made a measurable impact in organizations across sectors during our pilot phase, and we’re excited to now offer it more widely.
